5. Member States shall (, after consulting the Commission), adopt and publish the (laws, regulations and administrative) provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 1 March 1997 at the latest. Les Etats membres (, aprčs consultation de la Commission,) adoptent et publient avant le 1er mars 1997 les dispositions (législatives, réglementaires et administratives) nécessaires pour se conformer ŕ la présente directive. Die Mitgliedstaaten (nach Anhörung der Kommission) erlassen und veröffentlichen vor dem 1. März 1997 die (Rechts- und Verwaltungs-) Vorschriften, die erforderlich sind, um dieser Richtlinie nachzukommen. Členské státy (po konzultaci s Komisí) do 1. března 1997 přijmou a zveřejní (právní a správní) předpisy nezbytné pro dosažení souladu s touto směrnicí.

6. Not later than 1 March 1996 Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions necessary to comply with this Directive not later than 1 March 1997. Les Etats membres adoptent et publient, au plus tard le 1er mars 1996 les dispositions nécessaires pour se conformer ŕ la présente directive avant le 1er mars 1997. Die Mitgliedstaaten erlassen und veröffentlichen bis zum 1. März 1991 die erforderlichen Bestimmungen, um dieser Richtlinie bis zum 1. März 1997 nachzukommen. Členské státy (nejpozději) do 1. března 1991 přijmou a zveřejní předpisy nezbytné pro dosažení souladu s touto směrnicí do 1. března 1997.

7. They shall (forthwith) inform the Commission thereof. Ils en informent (immédiatement) la Commission. Sie setzen die Kommission (unverzüglich) davon in Kenntnis. Neprodleně o nich uvědomí Komisi. (Uvědomí o nich Komisi.)

8. They shall apply these measures from (not later than) 1 January 1997. Ils appliquent ces dispositions ŕ partir du 1er janvier 1997 (au plus tard). Sie wenden diese Vorschriften (spätestens) ab dem 1. Januar 1997 an. Budou tyto předpisy používat (nejpozději) od 1. ledna 1997.

9. They shall apply these measures 18 months after the date of the entry into force of this Directive. Ils appliquent ces dispositions dix-huit mois aprčs la date d’entrée en vigueur de la présente directive. Sie wenden diese Vorschriften achtzehn Monaten nach Inkrafttreten dieser Richtlinie. Budou tyto předpisy používat po dobu osmnácti měsíců ode dne vstupu této směrnice v platnost.

10. When Member States adopt these provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. Lorsque les Etats membres adoptent ces dispositions, celles-ci contiennent une référence ŕ la présente directive ou sont accompagnées d’une telle référence lors de leur publication officielle. Wenn die Mitgliedstaaten Vorschriften nach Absatz 1 erlassen, nehmen sie in den Vorschriften selbst oder durch einen Hinweis bei der amtlichen Veröffentlichung auf diese Richtlinie Bezug. Tato opatření přijatá členskými státy musí obsahovat odkaz na tuto směrnici nebo musí být takový odkaz učiněn při jejich úředním vyhlášení.

11. The methods of making such a reference shall be laid down by the Member States. Les modalités de cette référence sont arrętés par les Etats membres. Die Mitgliedstaaten regeln die Einzelheiten der Bezugnahme. Způsob odkazu si stanoví členské státy.

12. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the (main) provisions of national law, whether laws, regulations or administrative provisions, which they adopt in the field governed by this Directive. Les Etats membres communiquent ŕ la Commission le texte des dispositions (essentielles) de droit interne, d’ordre législatif, réglementaire et administratif qu’ils adoptent dans le domaine régi par la présente directive. Die Mitgliedstaaten teilen der Kommission den Wortlaut der (wichtigsten) innerstaatlichen Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften mit, die sie auf dem von dieser Richtlinie erfassten Gebiet erlassen. Členské státy sdělí Komisi znění (hlavních ustanovení) vnitrostátních právních předpisů, které přijmou v oblasti působnosti této směrnice.

12a. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the (main) provisions of national law which they have already adopted ore are to adopt in the field governed by this Directive. Les Etats membres communiquent ŕ la Commission le texte des dispositions (essentielles) de droit interne déjŕ adoptés ou qu’ils adoptent dans le domaine régi par la présente directive. Die Mitgliedstaaten teilen der Kommission den Wortlaut der (wichtigsten) innerstaatlichen Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften mit, die sie auf dem von dieser Richtlinie erfassten Gebiet erlassen haben oder erlassen. Členské státy sdělí Komisi znění (hlavních ustanovení) vnitrostátních právních předpisů, které již přijaly nebo které přijmou v oblasti působnosti této směrnice.

14. (As soon as this Directive has entered into force / been notified,) Member States shall also inform the Commission, in sufficient time for it to submit its comments, of any draft (major) laws, regulations or administrative provisions which they intend to adopt in the field covered by this Directive. (Dčs l’entrée en vigueur / notification de la présente directive,) Les Etats membres veillent ŕ informer la Commission, en temps utile pour lui permettre de présenter ses observations, de tout projet de dispositions (essentielles) de l’ordre législatif, réglementaire ou administratif qu’ils envisagent d’adopter dans le domaine régi par la présente directive (Nach Inkrafttreten / Bekanntgabe dieser Richtlinie) Die Mitgliedstaaten unterrichten ferner die Kommission so rechtzeitig von den (wichtigsten) Rechts- und Verwaltungsvor-schriften, die sie auf dem unter diese Richtlinie fallenden Gebiet zu erlassen beabsichtigen, dass die Kommission sich hierzu äußern kann. (Po vstupu této směrnice v platnost/ oznámení této směrnice uvědomí členské státy…) Členské státy uvědomí v dostatečném časovém předstihu Komisi také o všech (zásadních) návrzích právních a správních předpisů, které hodlají přijmout v oblasti působnosti této směrnice, a to tak, aby se k nim Komise mohla vyjádřit.

15. Member States shall immediately inform the Commission of the measures taken pursuant to this Directive. Les Etats membres informent immédiatement la Commission des mesures prises en application de la présente directive. Die Mitgliedstaaten teilen der Kommission unverzüglich die Maßnahmen mit, die sie gemäß diese Richtlinie erlassen. Členské státy neprodleně uvědomí Komisi o opatřeních přijatých k provedení této směrnice.

16. The Member States shall notify the Commission and the other Member States of the provisions under which they make use of the authorization granted in Article 1. Les Etats membres notifient ŕ la Commission et aux autres Etats membres les conditions dans lesquelles ils peuvent faire usage de l’autorisation prévue ŕ l’article 1er. Die Mitgliedstaaten teilen der Kommission und den anderen Mitgliedstaaten die Bestimmungen mit, nach denen sie von der Ermächtigung gemäß Artikel 1 Gebrauch machen. Členské státy oznámí Komisi a ostatním členským státům ustanovení, kterými využijí zmocnění podle článku 1.

17. The Commission shall publish (in the Official Journal of the European Communities) and keep up to date… La Commission publie (au Journal officiel des Communautés européennes) et tient ŕ jour … Die Kommission veröffentlicht … (im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften) und schreibt es fort. Komise zveřejní (v Úředním věstníku Evropských společenství) … a průběžně jej (ji, je) aktualizuje.

18. The Member States and the Commission shall cooperate closely to ensure that this Decision is complied with. Les Etats membres et la Commission collaborent étroitement afin d’assurer le respect de la présente décision. Die Mitgliedstaaten und die Kommission arbeiten im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung dieser Entscheidung eng zusammen. Členské státy a Komise úzce spolupracují k zajištění toho, aby toto rozhodnutí bylo dodržováno.

19. The Member States shall, in close cooperation with the Commission, take all necessary measures to ensure that this Decision is applied. Les Etats membres prennent, en collaboration étroite avec la Commission, toutes les mesures utiles pour assurer l`application de la présente décision. Die Mitgliedstaaten treffen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Kommission die notwendigen Maßnahmen, um die Durchführung dieses Beschlusses zu gewährleisten. Členské státy přijmou v úzké spolupráci s Komisí veškerá nezbytná opatření, aby zajistily uplatňování tohoto rozhodnutí.

20. The Member States (and the Commission) shall take all measures necessary for the implementation of this Decision. Les Etats membres (et la Commision) prennent les mesures que comporte (nécessaires ŕ) l’exécution de la présente décision. Die Mitgliedstaaten (und die Kommission) treffen die für die Durchführung dieses Beschlusses notwendigen Maßnahmen. Členské státy (a Komise) přijmou opatření nezbytná k provedení tohoto rozhodnutí.

21. Member States shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this Framework Decision by 1 April 2001. Les Etats membres prennent les mesures nécessaires pour se conformer ŕ la présente décision-cadre avant le 1er avril 2001. Die Mitgliedstaaten treffen die erforderlichen Maßnahmen, um den Bestimmungen dieses Rahmen-beschlusses bis zum 1. April 2001 nachzukommen. Členské státy přijmou opatření nezbytná pro dosažení souladu s tímto rámcovým rozhodnutím do 1. dubna 2001

22. Member States shall transmit to the General Secretariat of the Council, the Commission of the European Communities and… (the European Central Bank) the text of the provisions transposing into their national law the obligations imposed on them under this Framework Decision. Les Etats membres communiquent au Secrétariat général du Conseil, ŕ la Commission des Communautés européennes et ŕ… (la Banque centrale européenne) le texte des dispositions transposant dans leur droit national les obligation découlant de la présente décision-cadre. Die Mitgliedstaaten übermitteln dem Generalsekretariat des Rates, der Kommission der Europäischen Gemeinschaften und… (der Europäischen Zentralbank) den Wortlaut der Vorschriften, mit denen ihre Verpflichtungen aus diesem Rahmen- beschluss in innerstaatliches Recht umgesetzt werden. Členské státy sdělí generálnímu sekretariátu Rady, Komisi Evropských společenství a … (Evropské centrální bance) znění ustanovení, kterými se do jejich vnitrostátního práva přenášejí povinnosti vyplývající z tohoto rámcového rozhodnutí.

23. On the basis of this information, the Council will, by 1 April 2003 at the latest, assess the extent to which Member States have complied with this Framework Decision. Sur la base de ces informations, le Conseil vérifie d’ici le 1er avril 2003 au plus tard, dans quelle mesure les Etats membres se sont conformés aux dispositions de la présente décision-cadre. Der Rat prüft anhand dieser Informationen bis spätestens 1. April 2003, inwieweit die Mitgliedstaaten diesen Rahmenbeschluss erfüllt haben. Na základě těchto údajů prověří Rada nejpozději do 1. dubna 2003, do jaké míry dosáhly členské státy souladu s tímto rámcovým rozhodnutím.

24. An evaluation, notably also of the practical application of the provisions of this Framework decision, shall be carried out by 1 January 2002 at the latest Il est procédé ŕ une évaluation, notamment de l’application pratique, des dispositions de la présente décision-cadre avant le 1er janvier 2002. Eine Begutachtung insbesondere auch der praktischen Anwendung der Bestimmungen dieses Rahmen-beschlusses ist bis spätestens 1. Januar 2002 durchzuführen. Do 1. ledna 2002 budou ustanovení tohoto rámcového rozhodnutí přezkoumána, zejména s ohledem na jejich praktické uplatňování.

25. Regulation XY shall continue to apply to ... Le rčglement XY reste applicable ŕ... Die Verordnung XY gilt weiterhin für ... Nařízení XY se použije i nadále na...

1. 2. The Commission shall submit, on a yearly basis, a progress report on the implementation of… to the European Parliament and the Council. La Commission présente tous les ans au Parlement européen et au Conseil un rapport sur l’état d’utilisation du… Die Kommission legt dem Europäischen Parlament und dem Rat jährlich einen Bericht über die Fortschritte bei der Durchführung des… Komise každoročně předkládá Evropskému parlamentu a Radě zprávu o pokroku při provádění…

3. (Not less frequently than) Every three years, and for the first time not later than 31 December 2000, the Council, acting on the basis of a report and, where appropriate, a proposal from the Commission, shall examine XXX and, acting unanimously after consulting the European Parliament, shall adopt the necessary measures. (Au minimum) Tous les trois ans, et pour la premičre fois le 31 décembre 2000 au plus tard, le Conseil procčde, sur la base d’un rapport et, le cas échéant, d’une proposition de la Commission, ŕ l’examen de XXX et, statuant ŕ l’unanimité, aprčs consultation du Parlement européen, adopte les mesures nécessaires. (Mindestens) Alle drei Jahre, erstmals spätestens am 31. Dezember 2000, prüft der Rat anhand eines Berichts und gegebenenfalls eines Vorschlags der Kommission die XXX und beschliesst einstimmig nach Anhörung des Europäischen Parlaments die erforderlichen Maßnahmen. (Alespoň) Každé tři roky, a poprvé nejpozději 31. prosince 2000 přezkoumá Rada na základě zprávy a případně návrhu Komise XXX a po konzultaci s Evropským parlamentem jednomyslně přijme nezbytná opatření.

4. The report by the Commission and the examination by the Council shall take into account the proper functioning of the internal market and the wider objectives of the Treaty. Le rapport de la Commission et l’examen du Conseil tiennent compte du bon fonctionnement du marché intérieur et des objectifs du traité en général. In dem Bericht der Kommission und bei der Prüfung durch den Rat wird dem reibungslosen Funktionieren des Binnenmarkts und allgemein den Zielen des Vertrages Rechnung getragen. Zpráva Komise a hodnocení Rady vezmou v úvahu řádné fungování vnitřního trhu a obecné cíle Smlouvy.

5. Not later than 31 December 1993 the Commission shall present to the Council a progress report on the implementation of this Directive and shall, where appropriate, submit proposals… La Commission présente au Conseil, dans un délai allant jusqu’au 31 décembre 1993, un rapport sur l’état d’application de la présente directive et lui soumet, le cas échéant, des propositions… Die Kommission legt dem Rat bis zum 31. Dezember 1993 einen Bericht über den Stand der Anwendung dieser Richtlinie vor und unterbreitet ihm gegebenenfalls Vorschläge… Nejpozději do 31. prosince 1993 předloží Komise Radě zprávu o pokroku při provádění této směrnice a v případě potřeby návrhy opatření…384L0005

6. Member States shall communicate to the Commission, every two years, a report on the application of the system introduced. Les Etats membres communiquent ŕ la Commission, tous les deux ans, un rapport sur l’application du systčme mis en place. Die Mitgliedstaaten übermitteln der Kommission alle zwei Jahre einen Bericht über die Anwendung der Regelung. Každé dva roky předloží členské státy Komisi zprávu o používání zavedené úpravy.

C. Ustanovení týkající se aktů společných orgánů v rámci smluv se třetími zeměmi

1. Decision No 2/88 of the EEC-XY Joint Committee shall apply in the Community. La décision no 2/88 du comité mixte / paritaire CEE-XY est applicable dans la Communauté. Der Beschluss Nr. 2/88 des Gemischten / Gemeinsamen Ausschusses EWG-XY findet in der Gemeinschaft Anwendung. Rozhodnutí smíšeného výboru EHS-XY č. 2/88 je použitelné ve Společenství.

2. The measures provided for in Recommendation No …/.. of the ACP-EC Council of Ministers XXX shall apply in the Community. Les mesures prévues par la recommandation n° …/.. du Conseil des ministres ACP-CE XXX sont applicables dans la Communauté. Die Maßnahmen vorgesehen in der Empfehlung Nr. …/.. der AKP-EG-Ministerrat XXX finden in der Gemeinschaft Anwendung. Opatření stanovená v doporučení Rady ministrů AKT-ES č. …/.. jsou použitelná ve Společenství.

3. The text of the Recommendation is attached to this Decision. Le texte de la recommandation est joint au présent rčglement. Der Wortlaut der Empfehlung ist diesem Beschluss beigefügt. Znění doporučení se připojuje k tomuto rozhodnutí.

4. The ACP States, the Member States and the Community shall be bound, each to the extent to which it is concerned, to take the measures necessary to implement this Decision. Les Etats ACP, les Etats membres et la Communauté sont tenus, pour ce qui les concerne, de prendre les mesures que comporte l’éxecution de la présente décision. Die AKP-Staaten, die Mitgliedstaaten und die Gemeinschaft sind gehalten, die notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Durchführung dieses Beschlusses zu treffen. Státy AKT, členské státy a Společenství jsou povinny každý za sebe přijmout opatření nezbytná k provedení tohoto rozhodnutí.

D. Ustanovení týkající se dohod a úmluv

1. The Community shall be represented in XXX set up by Article 5 of the Agreement by the Commission assisted by representatives of the Member States. La Commission, assistée par les représentants des Etats membres, représente la Communauté au sein de XXX institué/e par (prévu/e ŕ) l’article 15 de l’accord.
(nebo jiný slovosled) Die Gemeinschaft wird in dem in Artikel 15 des Abkommens vorgesehenen XXX durch die Kommission vertreten, die von Vertretern der Mitgliedstaaten unterstützt wird. Společenství je v XXX zřízené(m) článkem 15 dohody zastupováno Komisí, jíž jsou nápomocny členské státy.

2. The Agreement XXX (between the Community and…) are hereby approved on behalf on the (European) Community L’accord (entre la Communauté et …) XXX est approuvé au nom de la Communauté (européenne). Das Abkommen XXX (zwischen die Gemeischaft und …) wird im Namen der (Europäischen) Gemeinschaft genehmigt. Dohoda (mezi Společenstvím a …) se schvaluje jménem Společenství.

3. …between the Community, of the one fart, and A, of the other part… …entre la Communauté, d’une part, et A, d’autre part… … zwischen die Gemeinschaft einerseits und A andererseits… …mezi Společenstvím na jedné straně a A na straně druhé…

7. The text of the Agreement is attached/annexed to this Regulation. Le texte de l’accord est joint/annexé au présent rčglement. Der Wortlaut des Abkommens ist dieser Verordnung beigefügt. Znění dohody se připojuje k tomuto nařízení.

8. The text of the acts referred to in the first paragraph are attached/annexed to this Decision. Les textes des actes visés au premier alinéa sont joints/annexés ŕ la présente décision. Der Wortlaut der in ersten Unterabsatz aufgeführten Akte ist diesem Beschluss beigefügt. Znění aktů uvedených v prvním pododstavci se připojují k tomuto rozhodnutí.

9. The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to sign the Agreement in order to bind the Community. Le président du Conseil est autorisé ŕ désigner la (les) personne(s) habilitée(s) ŕ signer l’accord ŕ l’effet d’engager la Communauté. Der Präsident des Rates wird ermächtigt, die Person(en) zu bestellen, die befugt ist (sind), das Abkommen rechtsverbindlich für die Gemeinschaft zu unterzeichnen. Předseda Rady je oprávněn jmenovat osobu nebo osoby zmocněné podepsat dohodu zavazující Společenství.

10. The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article A of the Agreement. Le président du Conseil procčde, au nom de la Communauté, ŕ la notification prévue ŕ l’article X de l’accord. Der Präsident des Rates nimmt die in Artikel X des Abkommens vorgesehene Mitteilung im Namen der Gemeinschaft vor. Předseda Rady provede jménem Společenství notifikaci stanovenou v článku X dohody.

11. The President of the Council shall deposit the acts as provided for in Article X of the Agreement. Le président du Conseil procčde, au nom de la Communauté, au depôt des actes prévu ŕ l’article X de l’accord. Der Präsident des Rates hinterlegt die Urkunden gemäß Artikel X des Abkommens. Předseda Rady provede jménem Společenství uložení aktů stanovené v článku X dohody.

12. The President of the Council shall take the measures necessary for the exchange of instruments provided for in Article X of the Agreement. Le président du Conseil prend les mesures nécessaires pour l’échange des actes prévu ŕ l’article X de l’accord. Der Präsident des Rates trifft die erforderlichen Maßnahmen für den in Artikel X des Abkommens vorgesehenen Austausch der Urkunden Předseda Rady učiní opatření nezbytná k výměně aktů stanovené v článku X dohody.

13. (the plenipotentiaries) who, having exchanged their full powers, found in good and due form, have agreed upon the following provisions:

E. Ustanovení týkající se platnosti a účinnosti

1. This Regulation (Directive, Decision, Joint Action, Framework Decision) shall enter into force on 9 January 1998. Le présent rčglement (la présente directive, la présente décison, la présente action commune, la présente décision-cadre) entre en vigueur le 9 janvier 1998. 9. It shall apply from 1 July 1989 with the exception of Articles 15 and 16, which shall be applied as from the entry into force of this Regulation. Le présent rčglement est applicable ŕ partir du 1er juillet 1989, ŕ l’exception des articles 15 et 16 qui sont applicables dčs l’entrée en vigueur du présent rčglement. Diese Verordnung gilt ab 1. 10. It shall apply from 1 July 1995, with the exception of Articles 1, 2 and 3, which shall apply immediately. 12. However, Member States may, after consulting the Commission, postpone the application of Article 5 until 31 December 1986. Toutefois, les Etats membres peuvent, aprčs consultation de la Commission, reporter l’application de l’article 5 jusqu’au 31 décembre 1986. Die Mitgliedstaaten können jedoch nach Anhörung der Kommission die Anwendung des Artikels 5 bis 31. Dezember 1986 aufschieben. Členské státy však mohou po konzultaci s Komisí odložit použitelnost článku 5 do 31. prosince 1986.

13. Regulation A shall cease to have effect when this Regulation enters into force. Les dispositions du rčglement A cessent de s’appliquer au moment de l’entrée en vigueur du présent rčglement. Die Verordnung A tritt zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung außer Kraft. Použitelnost nařízení A končí okamžikem vstupu tohoto nařízení v platnost.

14. This decision shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. La présente décision entre en vigueur le troisičme jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel des Communautés européennes. Dieser Beschluss tritt am dritten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften in Kraft. 15. This Decision shall take effect (enters into force) on the day following its adoption La présente décision prend effet (entre en vigueur) le jour suivant celui de son adoption. Dieser Beschluss wird am Tag nach seiner Erlassung wirksam (tritt … in Kraft). Toto rozhodnutí nabývá účinku (vstupuje v platnost) prvním dnem po přijetí.

16. This Decision shall apply from 15 October 2000. La présente décision est applicable ŕ partir du 15 octobre 2000. Dieser Beschluss is anwendbar vom 15. Oktober 2000. Toto rozhodnutí se použije ode dne 15. října 2000.

17. This Common Strategy shall apply from 10 June 2000. La présente stratégie commune s’applique ŕ compter de 10 juin 2000. Tato společná strategie se použije ode dne 10. června 2000.

18. It may be prolonged, reviewed and, if necessary, adapted by the European Council on the recommendation of the Council. Elle peut ętre prorogée, réexaminée et, au besoin, adaptée par le Conseil européen sur recommandation du Conseil. Evropská rada může na doporučení prodloužit její použitelnost, přezkoumat ji a případně upravit.

19. This Common Position shall take effect on 1 July 1998. La présente position commune prend effet le 1er juillet 1996. Dieser Gemeinsame Standpunkt gilt mit Wirkung vom 1. Juli 1998. Tento společný postoj se použije ode dne 1. července 1996.

10.	When Member States adopt these provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such reference on the occasion of their official publication. 20.	The Member States (and the Commission) shall take all measures necessary for the implementation of this Decision. 21.	Member States shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this Framework Decision by 1 April 2001. 23.	On the basis of this information, the Council will, by 1 April 2003 at the latest, assess the extent to which Member States have complied with this Framework Decision. 9.	It shall apply from 1 July 1989 with the exception of Articles 15 and 16, which shall be applied as from the entry into force of this Regulation.	Le présent rčglement est applicable ŕ partir du 1er juillet 1989, ŕ l’exception des articles 15 et 16 qui sont applicables dčs l’entrée en vigueur du présent rčglement.	Diese Verordnung gilt ab 1. Juli 1989; hiervon ausgenommen sind die Artikel 15 und 16, die vom Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung an gelten.	Použije se ode dne 1. července 1989 s výjimkou článků 15 a 16, které se použijí ode dne vstupu tohoto nařízení v platnost.
10.	It shall apply from 1 July 1995, with the exception of Articles 1, 2 and 3, which shall apply immediately.	Il est applicable ŕ partir du 1er juillet 1995, sauf les articles 1er, 2 et 3 qui sont applicables immédiatement.	Sie gilt ab 1. Juli 1995, außer den Artikeln 1, 2 und 3, die unverzüglich gelten.	Použije se ode dne 1. ledna 1995 s výjimkou článků 1, 2 a 3, které jsou použitelné okamžitě.
11.	It shall apply from the first day of the month following its entry into force.	Il est applicable ŕ partir du premier jour du mois suivant celui de son entrée en vigueur.	Sie gilt ab dem ersten Tag des auf ihr Inkrafttreten folgenden Monats.	Použije se od prvního dne měsíce následujícího po jeho vstupu v platnost.

12.	However, Member States may, after consulting the Commission, postpone the application of Article 5 until 31 December 1986.	Toutefois, les Etats membres peuvent, aprčs consultation de la Commission, reporter l’application de l’article 5 jusqu’au 31 décembre 1986.	Die Mitgliedstaaten können jedoch nach Anhörung der Kommission die Anwendung des Artikels 5 bis 31. Dezember 1986 aufschieben.	Členské státy však mohou po konzultaci s Komisí odložit použitelnost článku 5 do 31. prosince 1986.
13.	Regulation A shall cease to have effect when this Regulation enters into force.	Les dispositions du rčglement A cessent de s’appliquer au moment de l’entrée en vigueur du présent rčglement.	Die Verordnung A tritt zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung außer Kraft.	Použitelnost nařízení A končí okamžikem vstupu tohoto nařízení v platnost.
14.	This decision shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.	La présente décision entre en vigueur le troisičme jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel des Communautés européennes.	Dieser Beschluss tritt am dritten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften in Kraft.	Toto rozhodnutí vstupuje v platnost třetím dnem po zveřejnění v Úředním věstníku Evropských společenství.
15.	This Decision shall take effect (enters into force) on the day following its adoption	La présente décision prend effet (entre en vigueur) le jour suivant celui de son adoption.	Dieser Beschluss wird am Tag nach seiner Erlassung wirksam (tritt … in Kraft).	Toto rozhodnutí nabývá účinku (vstupuje v platnost) prvním dnem po přijetí.
16.	This Decision shall apply from 15 October 2000.	La présente décision est applicable ŕ partir du 15 octobre 2000.	Dieser Beschluss is anwendbar vom 15. Oktober 2000.	Toto rozhodnutí se použije ode dne 15. října 2000.
17.	This Common Strategy shall apply from 10 June 2000.	La présente stratégie commune s’applique ŕ compter de 10 juin 2000.		Tato společná strategie se použije ode dne 10. června 2000.
18.	It may be prolonged, reviewed and, if necessary, adapted by the European Council on the recommendation of the Council.	Elle peut ętre prorogée, réexaminée et, au besoin, adaptée par le Conseil européen sur recommandation du Conseil.		Evropská rada může na doporučení prodloužit její použitelnost, přezkoumat ji a případně upravit.
19.	This Common Position shall take effect on 1 July 1998.	La présente position commune prend effet le 1er juillet 1996.	Dieser Gemeinsame Standpunkt gilt mit Wirkung vom 1. Juli 1998.	Tento společný postoj se použije ode dne 1. července 1996.
